1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Badd Dreams MotorSports website, our text-messaging (SMS) program, and the auto repair services we provide. By using this website, opting in to receive text messages from us, or authorizing repair work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.

2. SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Badd Dreams MotorSports — on our website, by text, in person, or over the phone — and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your vehicle and service.

• Types of messages. Appointment scheduling and reminders, repair estimates and approvals, status updates on your vehicle, and occasional service or promotional offers.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us at (816) 377-5114.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Auto repair service terms

• Estimates. Estimates are free and provided before work begins. An estimate is based on the information available at the time; if additional issues are found during a repair, we will contact you for approval before performing extra work.
• Authorization. By approving an estimate or leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize Badd Dreams MotorSports and its technicians to perform the agreed-upon inspections and repairs.
• Appointments. We offer same-day and next-day appointments when available. Timeframes are estimates and can be affected by parts availability and the condition of the vehicle.
• Payment. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles may not be released until payment is made.
• Stored vehicles. Vehicles left after completion and notification may be subject to storage fees as permitted by Missouri law.

5. Warranty

Badd Dreams MotorSports provides a 1-year warranty on all labor we perform. Parts that we supply carry the full manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, continued operation of a vehicle after a fault is known, customer-supplied parts, or normal wear. Warranty service is provided at our shop. Please keep your invoice as proof of service.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Except for the warranty stated above, our services and this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Badd Dreams MotorSports is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, our SMS program, or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable Missouri consumer-protection law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
